Assignment 1

Over the summer, I started working on some projects in respects to the Black Lives Matter movement. It was a difficult, yet, a great learning experience because it gave me a new perspective on understanding the limits of creating art as a white woman. Apart from that, my recent artwork was an acrylic painting I did of the evil eye. This was just an experimental piece for me to play around with shapes and colors.
